Simon Parrott is finally beginning his catering dream after a journey of thirty years experience in the Victorian restaurant and catering industry.
Simon's classical training (including eight years at the lakehouse, Daylesford) paired eith his notoriety in Geelong and the Surf Coast are only part of whats exciting about this new catering company.
For the first time in his career, and after dedicated research to refine his craft, he will present a brand new modern approach to regional cuisine, not yet seen before by his fans and diners.
It is the evolution of Simon Parrott's cuisine.

(chefs choice for half an hour or so)

otway nut fed pork, cabbage and sultana
local flounder, petit pois a la parisienne
organic chicken thigh schnitzel,

local snickers-fed pork, peanut and caramel salads with coriander in a brioche bun
